SEDGWICK COMPANY TIMELINE

Sedgwick Law Firm sought to create a more engaging workplace environment that would strengthen employee connection to the firm's history, culture, and legacy. To support this goal, I helped develop an experiential storytelling installation that transformed a prominent area of the office into a visual narrative celebrating both the firm's evolution and its longstanding relationship with Kansas City.

The centerpiece of the design is a curated timeline that intertwines key milestones from Sedgwick's history with significant moments in the growth and development of Kansas City. By connecting the firm's story to the broader context of the city it has helped serve for generations, the installation creates a meaningful sense of place and shared identity within the workplace.

Integrated seamlessly into the architectural environment, the timeline transforms a circulation space into an engaging experience that reinforces company culture, sparks conversation, and fosters pride among employees. The result is a workplace feature that celebrates heritage while strengthening connections between people, place, and organization.
