A designer’s eye.
A leader’s perspective.

I’m Claire Pellettiere, an experiential designer and creative leader based in the Kansas City area. I help translate brand, story, and purpose into meaningful physical experiences.

Over approximately 15 years, my work has spanned environmental graphics, wayfinding, and branded environments. I guide projects from scope and concept development through design, documentation, and construction administration.

As Experience Design Director at Spaeth Hill, I led the design team and worked closely with clients, architects, and fabricators. Earlier, as a Senior Designer at HOK, I contributed to workplace and brand experience projects.

I enjoy bringing structure to complex work, helping designers grow, and maintaining a clear creative direction through the practical decisions every project requires.
